About Us
Introducing the eclectic sounds of Dullstroom’s vibrant 5-piece band. With a fun fusion of funky-folky-tribal-rock music that will get your feet tapping and your butt shaking like my mamma to her favourite celebration songs. With more instruments than people on stage, the music is as diverse as the personalities who play it.
Niekie Botha –
our lead singer and guitarist brings his catchy lyrics, rhythm and melodies that anyone and everyone connects to.
Andjelina Dimitrov –
our badass keyboardist and soulful cellist seamlessly transitions between her instruments to keep you on your toes and paying attention to what’s happening next.
Jéan Brüning –
our lead guitarist guarantees that no song will sound the same twice. It’s like having a lucky packet on stage!
Graham Peachey –
the backbone, the rhythm, the glue that holds everything together with his tribal percussion sounds, colourful backing vocals and crazy didgeridoo sounds that will make you wonder whether this band belongs at a rock festival or a trance festival. (the answer is “Both!”).
Duncan Warner –
Every band has its worst member – for us that’s our bassist (and occasional tambourinst). It’s not a coincidence that we gave him the easiest instruments to play.
They’ve rocked from the smallest, most awkward stages right through to big festivals like STRaB and Lekkerland. And this is only the beginning… This band knows how to take the Dull out of Dullstroom and turn the fun up to 11. Be sure to follow and catch them at the next event.
